Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

We currently ship within the United States. (International shipping options may be added soon.)

3. Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak holiday seasons.

T2GO Chai is not responsible for delays once your package has been handed to the shipping carrier.
4. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at 📧 sales@t2gochai.com with photos of the issue.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please first check with neighbors or your local post office. If still unresolved, contact us for assistance.
