Chai Masala FAQ

What is T2GO Chai Masala?
It's a blend of freshly ground whole spices for making authentic masala chai at home. Add it to your own tea and milk to brew a fragrant, spiced cup.
Does it contain tea, milk, or sugar?
No — it's just spices, with no added sugar, no fillers, and no additives. You add your own tea, milk, and sweetener to taste.
What flavors do you offer?
Five: Original, Extra Cardamom, Lemongrass, Mint, and Rose. Each starts from the classic masala base with its own signature note.
Are your blends all natural, vegan, and gluten-free?
Yes — 100% natural whole spices, ground in small batches, with no artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives. The blend is vegan and dairy-free as sold, and made with naturally gluten-free ingredients.
How do I make chai with it?
Bring milk, water, and your favorite black tea to a gentle boil. Add ¼ tsp of masala, simmer on low about 5 minutes, strain, and sweeten to taste.
How much should I use?
About ¼ teaspoon per cup. Start there and adjust to your taste.
How many cups does one bag make?
Around 80 cups per 2 oz (56 g) bag — a little goes a long way.
Can I make it caffeine-free or iced?
Yes to both. For caffeine-free, simmer it in warm milk without tea. For iced, brew it a little stronger and pour over ice.
Can I use plant-based milk?
Absolutely — it works with any milk, dairy or plant-based (oat, almond, soy, coconut).
Can I use it for more than tea?
Yes — stir it into coffee or lattes, sprinkle over oatmeal or yogurt, or bake it into cookies and cakes.
How should I store it?
Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and reseal the pouch tightly after each use for the freshest flavor.
Why might the color or aroma vary between bags?
Because we grind in small batches from whole natural spices, slight batch-to-batch variation is completely normal — a sign your blend is fresh and minimally processed.
